BIOGRAPHY

Houshyar Khalilabad is the Head of Water and Wastewater Quality Control Laboratories at the Khorasan Razavi Water and Wastewater Company in Iran. With more than three decades of experience, he leads efforts to safeguard public health through advanced water quality monitoring and analysis.

Houshyar is the designer and developer of multiplex PCR diagnostic kits that detect waterborne bacteria and viruses posing risks to human health. His leadership in laboratory science continues to strengthen the reliability and safety of modern water systems.
